I had an excellent experience with the team at Signature Auto. They performed a thorough service on my vehicle, including the replacement of the Catalytic Converter, O2 sensors, and ultimately a tuneup. Their meticulous attention to detail led them to discover a hairline fracture in my second Catalytic Converter, which they promptly replaced as well. The commitment to high-quality work and honesty displayed by the team is truly commendable. I highly recommend Signature Auto for anyone seeking reliable and top-notch service.

No stars for the unprofessional service I received here!! My 2006 Ford Explorer (Tan) was.held hostage over a period of 3 months for issues related to a supposedly rebuilt transmission.A month before my 2year warranty expired my transmission went completely out! The boss and subsequently Lamont continued to lie to me over and over again as to when my vehicle would be fixed! Even then when I arrived my vehicle still would not move! Then; had the nerve to say I may be charged for labor! While present there for the 10th time I overheard a woman in an argument with them, who was experiencing the problems I was having with the unprofessional service! Please stay away from these heartless people! There are great auto repair services a mile way on Southlake pkwy you would dearly love to service your vehicle. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way! But neither should you!!!!!! Chapter 2. I’m Back again my people!! This is now the 5th time my transmission went out again messing with these guys! Please take your business to white folks before unfortunately going to Perry;whoms lack of understanding and professionalism with transmissions is non-existent.He responded to my previous review posted by blaming their errors on issues unrelated to my transmission that Iam allegedly at fault for.However;again (Nov 16,2024) this is a transmission issue that keeps reaccuring, as if it’s intentional.Please ,Please,Please my fellow men and women;do not allow these people (mainly Perry the owner) to sabotage your transmission etc.This rebuilt transmissions only last 6mths.Almost as long as he held my vehicle hostage because they failed miserably to get it right over and over again.I haven’t been this mad with someone in a long time.An I hate that my family had to get involved (an nearly my attorney) to press him in acknowledging my vehicle is priority over others because I’m on this so called 2year warranty my transmission never made it pass.White folks all down Southlake pkwy I found afteward for non transmission issues were beyond professional! I wish I had the ability to foresee the negligence of Perry’s fake auto repair services! It’s almost like he is learning by trial and error with no lack of remorse for his customers!I can only pray for him, and hope he becomes a man of integrity like his colleagues down the street in this business!Peace! I speak these words of assertiveness out of love for potential future customers not to suffer as I have presently today!!!!!’ Oh yeah! Perry was steamingly MAD”over that last review I gave! Now he knows how I feel; since he had been stoic, and apathetic to my complaints!!!!! Part 2 Back again y’all and now it’s Jan 8,2025 My transmission is showing signs of break down.It stalls sometimes in reverse,as well as in drive.An since my warranty ran out March 2024 iam sure Perry will attempt to charge me.He will never touch my transmission again! This is now the 4th time he couldn’t get these seemingly complex problems corrected after molesting those integral pieces in a way that would ultimately start falling apart! If you know a good transmissions mechanic please let me know.Iam so frustrated and humiliated to have trusted him to do right by me,and anyone else whom has been confronted with this madness!!!!!!!!!!!!

First if you a single woman and you need your car fix or an engine please do your research before coming here this place is expensive. It almost cost me $6,000 to get car fix it's cost me $2,000 for me to go back and forth to work because I do home health care so I go to people house's to give care and I had to keep taking my car back or they had to come get it like 5 to 6 times. They good about picking it up but they'll keep it for a week or some days. The money I spent on this 2013 Dodge dart unlimited for my birthday cost me my savings and that's my fault. I found a place that could have done it for $1200 to put engine in and $1500 for the engine. If you deal with them please get everything in writing because they will change what they say. First the turbo was understand warranty and now it's not and it was $100 to keep warranty on the engine for a year but it's now$200 and to free oil change for a year to no that's not what was said and I live in Conyers so yes it was rough for me and I know the model of car I have is not good at all and some people really can't fix those cars but dam this place is expensive. And they started on my car last year 2024 and my birthday in March after all of that back and forth got my car back in May. Engine light still on. First the code said sensor I got that and now I need a turbo that's not under warranty they say but it came with the engine. Please mother's do your research I still had to pay rent, bills, food and the extra $2,000 to get back and forth to work and school and get food. Yes it was rough for me. The only thing I can say about them is they came and got my car when it was down.

My wife and I went to The Signature Auto Repair because we really needed our car to be fixed before a 14 hour road trip. On the way to Georgia, we ran over an 18 wheeler tire, but we didn’t have any other vehicle. After visiting a dealership which was NOT helpful (boo to Ford!) we came here in a last ditch effort. Ben the mechanic was SO helpful is figuring out what was happening with our car and fixing it quickly. The rest of the staff made sure we were comfortable while we waited, and they were all so friendly. We drove back home with no issues! Thank you Ben and The Signature Auto Repair!!

The manager there is one of the people there that fix your cars and the people there are so nice and the place is nice as well. They are also a very dependable worker and The receptionist always answer the phone and they even make sure to know you are doing okay. I give them 5 stars. -Alfreda Wright

This place is great I’m new to Morrow and I think I’ve found a great place to work on my vehicle. The place looks amazing inside and the service was amazing especially Veronica was the best. She’s definitely an asset to the company. Definitely coming back

After entering the facility I was greeted with courtesy and respect. They performed a diagnostic test on my AC and I was informed on the findings of the test results. I was given information on pricing for my repairs. I am very pleased with the results from Mr Perry. New Customer for Life

I recently used signature auto to install new bearings, wheel arm, tire rotation, motor mounts, and tire alignment. The customer service at this location is excellent!! And the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And a special thanks to Veronica at the front desk for the warm welcome and insuring the comfort of the customers as the work was completed. Fantastic experience all the way around!!

Excellent service 😁 the environment was very welcoming. A service tech greeted me before entrance and directed me to Ms. Veronica who was very nice while being helpful. The office lobby had an amazing waiting area may I add. You can even get a chair massage during your visit which was outstanding.

When I step through the door, I was overwhelmed with the decor and how welcoming the environment in their building was very inviting. I really appreciate them for doing a phenomenal job fixing my engine in my car and resolving all my issues with my Kia. I highly recommend them to get your car fixed by the best shop in morrow.

The professional knowledge and customer service was excellent. I had the transmissions replaced in both my vehicles as well as a full diagnostic to identify some electrical issues. Signature was able to succeed where other shops failed. Great service at very fair prices!! I'm so glad to have used Signature and will use them for all my auto repair needs moving forward.
